Once the product has arrived and you have been able to experience it, you will have 30 days from this arrival date to return it for a full refund of the product price. (Original shipping and brokerage costs, if applicable, will not be reimbursed)
If for any reason you are not pleased with your LIFEFORM® Chair or Posture Support and wish to return it, please let us know by phone 1-800-661-8568 or via email info@LifeformChairs.com BEFORE shipping a return to us. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and send you packing instructions. Returns without a valid RA will be refused and returned at your cost.
It is imperative to retain all original packing – Chairs and Footrests returned with unsatisfactory packaging will very likely incur damage. A full refund cannot be provided unless the product is received in “Like New” Condition.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR LIFEFORM® PRODUCT
If for any reason you are not pleased with your LIFEFORM® Chair or Posture Support and want to return it, please follow the guidelines below. Take note that some exclusions and exceptions may apply to our LIFEFORM® 30 Day Guarantee. Please read through the following carefully.
Return Authorization (RA) must be assigned from LIFEFORM®’s Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of chair or posture support – Contact us at 1-800-665-8568 or email info@LifeformChairs.com. Please be sure to include your chair’s serial number (located under the seat on the white rectangular sticker – under the bar code. Please note a Posture Support may not have a serial number physically attached to the product).
The product must be received back to LIFEFORM® within 30 days of issuance of RA.
Returned LIFEFORM® products must be properly packaged very well (we recommend using the original packing material) and include all original contents.
Chair must be returned by one of our approved carriers (UPS or FedEx).
The product must be returned in “LIKE NEW” condition. Reconditioning and recovery fees may be charged if the product is soiled, damaged, mishandled, or is exempt from the guarantee for any of the additional exclusions and exemptions noted here.
Items may be deemed non-returnable if they were subject to Misuse, Abuse or Neglect during the 30 Day Guarantee window.

Importantly, non-compliance with installation, assembly and maintenance instructions or neglecting regular yearly maintenance can void the warranty. LIFEFORM® does not assume responsibility for any damage inflicted due to shipping/transport, storage, improper assembly or installation, maintenance negligence, or any damage that happens due to extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, dry, or humid) post-shipment.
Any product not purchased directly from LIFEFORM® does not qualify for this guarantee.
Once all parameters have been met, LIFEFORM® will reimburse your original payment method within 30 days.
30 Day Guarantee applies to purchases made from and products being used in the contiguous (lower 48 States and DC) USA or Canadian Provinces only.
